		<description>The 2009-2010 season doesn&#039;t start until October...  The 2009 off-season commences the moment the final horn sounds tonight at the Joe.  

It&#039;s like the seasons in nature, you gotta go through one to get to the next one.  Right now we&#039;re in the Playoff season, next is the post-season (before free agency), then the off-season (free agency and doldrums before camp start), the pre-season and the regular season.

...But the year begins at the start of the regular season.  Not at the end of play of the previous season.</description>
