The 2009 off-season commences the moment the final horn sounds tonight at the Joe. It's like the seasons in nature, you gotta go through one to get to the next one. Right now we're in the Playoff season, next is the post-season (before free agency), then the off-season (free agency and doldrums before camp start), the pre-season and the regular season. ...But the year begins at the start of the regular season. Not at the end of play of the previous season. The 2009-2010 season doesn’t start until October… The 2009 off-season commences the moment the final horn sounds tonight at the Joe.
