The puck drops on Saturday night when the Tampa Bay Lightning take on the Washington Capitals for their home and season opener. Training camp is down to only one day left. They said that the guys who would take the ice on Friday for the last day would be the team who opens the season. Coach Boucher held true to his word and announced that Forward Tyler Johnson, Defensemen Mark Barberio and Radko Gudas were sent back to Syracuse. The final roster is:
