Happy Birthday, Steven Stamkos!!

We here at Bolts By The Bay would like to wish Tampa Bay Lightning center Steven Stamkos a very Happy Birthday!!

The Lightning Assistant Captain turns 23 years old today.

Stammer will be spending his birthday on the ice as the Tampa Bay Lightning look to clean up their road record as they take on the New Jersey Devils tonight at the Prudential Center in Newark.

Stamkos currently leads the Lightning in points with 7 goals and 9 assists for a total of 16 points so far this season.

He’s currently #2 in the NHL for points, only trailing the Buffalo Sabres LW Thomas Vanek by 3 points. He is also #3 in the league for goals scored. Stamkos is only 1 goal shy of Vanek, and two shy of the San Jose Sharks LW Patrick Marleau.

Hopefully, Lightning will strike in the Prudential Center tonight, and Stamkos can celebrate his birthday in traditional Lightning style.

LET’S GO LIGHTNING!!!
