Tampa Bay Lightning Third Period Review

Evgeni Malkin made his come back known when he tied up the game with a goal, unassisted. Sidney Crosby stole the lead with the third Penguins goal, assisted by Kris Letang. James Neal grabbed the empty net assisted by Malkin and Letang. Steven Stamkos scored bring the score up to 4-3, assisted by St. Louis and Lecavalier. There was only 1 penalty. At the end the horn blew, fans were getting up, and the players remained on the ice. They added another faceoff because the clock continued to run after the touch when the Penguins iced the puck. Tampa had 9 shots on goal, Pittsburgh had 12. The final score was 4-3, Pittsburgh.
