On Thursday, the AHL announced the All-Star rosters. Three Syracuse Crunch players, which is the first time the Crunch have had 3 players on the roster, have been added. 22 year old center, Tyler Johnson (59gp, 58pts., +25, 11 PPG), was selected for first All-Star roster, as 23 year old defenseman, Mark Barberio (70gp, 40pts., +7, 23 PP pts.) and 20 year old center, Brett Connolly  (67gp, 57pts., +15, 8 PPG, 7 GWG), were selected for second All-Star roster. All three are currently playing in Tampa, as they’ve been recalled. The All-Star players will receive a custom designed crystal award for their recognition. The players are voted on by AHL coaches, players and the media.
