The Tampa Bay Lightning has been off to a tremendous start this season. With a 10-4-0 record, the Lightning have already earned half of the points that they earned in the entire lockout-shortened season last year.

There are so many moving parts that have been working together like a well-oiled machine this season. This is something that hasn’t always happened in the past.

Could this have something to do with our new warrior captain Martin St. Louis and his ability to inspire and motivate the team? No one knows for sure; however, if I had to venture a guess, I would say that is one of the dominating factors.

Another contributing factor is the stellar performances being put on by Lightning goaltender Ben Bishop. However, that is another story for another day.

The Bolts are ready to charge into the Forum tonight and kick some ice against the Edmonton Oilers. There is just one thing our boys in blue need before they can do that…their Thunder.

It’s that time again, Bolts Nation. Are you ready to Be The Thunder?

Puck drops at 7:30 p.m. All together now…LET’S GO LIGHTNING!!!
