Back of the Net – December 22nd

Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Welcome to today’s edition of Back of the Net where we take you through all the latest and greatest news and updates from in and around the Bolts Nation, and the world of hockey.

Today is another in-betweener; however, I think this is an in-betweener we can all make it through just fine. Last night the Tampa Bay Lightning put on one heck of a performance in front of the hometown crowd as they defeated the Carolina Hurricanes 3-2 in overtime.

Tomorrow, the Lightning head to Sunrise to go head-to-head with our in-state rival Florida Panthers. Can the Lightning keep the momentum going and extend our win streak to 5? I guess we’ll all have to watch and find out.

In the meantime, let’s take a look at what else is going on around the National Hockey League.

Sit back and relax as we take you through all the latest updates, news, and rumors from not just around the Bolts Nation, but the great, wide world of hockey.
