The Tampa Bay Lightning finally snapped their 5 game losing streak at home with a thrilling 4-3 shootout win over the Ottawa Senators on Thursday night. Tonight, they will be looking to keep the same momentum rolling as the Avalanche tumble into town.
If the team can manage to bring the same offensive game and stay out of the penalty box at the same time, they should have no issues kicking some ice against the Avs.
The puck drops at 7:00 p.m. EST. Get ready Bolts Nation…it’s time to Be The Thunder!!
I was born and raised in sunny Tampa, Florida and will bleed Lightning Blue until the day I die. I'm a highly opinionated hockey fanatic, and enjoy watching many different teams such as the Chicago Blackhawks and the Colorado Avalanche, but my heart will always belong to the Tampa Bay Lightning. I'm also an avid fan of both baseball and football. My favorite teams include the Tampa Bay Rays, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Denver Broncos. You can follow me on Twitter @HeartagramGirl.
