Good evening, Bolts Nation! Welcome to today’s edition of The Daily Bolt where we bring you all the latest and greatest news and updates from not just here in the Bolts Nation, but around the entire world of hockey.

There is a lot going on in the NHL today, not just here in the Hockey Paradise, but the rest of the league as well. We have good news like former NHL-forward Teemu Selanne being offered $10 million to bring his talents to the KHL and bad news like number one overall draft pick Aaron Ekblad sustaining a concussion.

No matter how your day in the world of hockey turned out, there is one bright shining light. With another day checked off the calendar, we are one day close to the 2014-15 Tampa Bay Lightning hockey season.
