Good evening, Bolts Nation! Welcome to today’s edition of The Daily Bolt where we bring you all the latest and greatest news and updates from not just here in the Bolts Nation, but around the entire world of hockey.

The official weekend may have come to an end, but thanks to the Labor Day holiday some of us here in Hockey Paradise have an extra day at home with our families.

While some of us are basking in the warm Florida sun, the Tampa Bay Lightning is getting ready for the upcoming season.

For those of you like us who have been counting the days, there are only 38 days in between now and the 2014-15 Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Season. That’s right, ladies and gentlemen…we are 8 days away from the one month marker.

The question is, are you ready to Be the Thunder?
