Lauren has wanted to be a writer since early on in life and she's always loved sports. When she became a Tampa Bay Lightning fan in 2004, during the Cup run, and attended her first game in Oct 2005 she realized that writing about sports, especially hockey, was her passion; what she wanted to do more than anything.
