This one also shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. Victor Hedman had a career year in the regular season and is continuing his dominance in the postseason. In every game, Hedman saved the team multiple times with his outstanding stick play along with impressive man-on-man pressure, stopping dozens of opportunities throughout the series. Without Hedman, there’s a good chance the Lightning fail to advance to the second round. Hedman had two goals and five assists for a total of seven points in round one.
