Tampa Bay Lightning forward J.T. Brown welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Lily Willow Brown, to the family.
On June 24, despite the draft going on, the Tampa Bay Lightning organization gained a new member that won’t be hitting the ice anytime soon.
J.T. Brown and his wife Lexi welcomed their first child, a daughter, to the family on June 25th. Lily Willow Brown arrived healthy and with no complications. You can see the first pictures of both the new parents and Lily herself below.

Like her husband, Lexi also plays hockey. This might be the source of her toughness, as she tweeted afterward that the process of childbirth was both “easy and enjoyable”. While I don’t have any experience in this field (and never will) I do know that this isn’t always the case.
It seems that we’ve been reporting on J.T. Brown’s personal life a lot lately. The Lightning forward recently started livestreaming on Twitch, the popular live video service used for the live playing of a video game. The Brown family has undoubtedly been the busiest in the Bolts organization so far this offseason.

Bolts By The Bay congratulates both of the new parents and wish the entire family health and happiness. We hope to see Lily Brown cheer on her dad this coming season at Amalie Arena.
