Jacob Steele

Born and raised in Fort Myers, Jacob grew up attending the occasional Florida Everblades game with his father but had limited exposure to the NHL. His passion for the Lightning ignited when he moved to Tampa to attend USF which gave him easy access to televised and live games. After moving back to Fort Myers he brought his newfound passion with him, converting his father, sister, and best friend into Lightning fans. Jacob is currently studying Biochemistry at Florida Gulf Coast University and hopes to find his way back to Tampa after he finishes his undergraduate studies. When he's not cheering for the Bolts Jacob cheers for his childhood team, the Florida Everblades. During the dreaded off-season you can find him cheering for the Rays and playing recreational hockey as a goalie.
