Raised in the South, I didn't discover hockey until being stationed in Virginia with my now-retired Air Force husband, where I got bit by the bug and became a big fan of the Norfolk Admirals. After relocating to Tampa, I came face-to-face with the NHL and my now-beloved Tampa Bay Lightning, and I occasionally follow the Blackhawks with my Chicago-born husband. I'm as opinionated as any die-hard hockey fan and I don't have much tolerance for fair-weather fans. Go Bolts!
